Making waves across Hyderabad is Ms Mage, as she is lovingly referred to, offers you a menu that celebrates the rich and diverse flavors and fragrances of all the places she has discovered during her travels around the world.
The menu features a selection of time-honored recipes, traditional favorites, and her very own delightful creations with a contemporary twist. Familiar flavors don’t change but the presentation does.
Happy to have been invited for a preview before it went live, I kind of expected a great deal of non-veg appetizers but was surprised with the enormous variety and perfectly balanced appetizers that began with Mezze Platter, sailed through some absolutely fresh burrata salad. Don’t miss the Nachos, Tacos and the rock corn tempura which are a unique take on what you’d otherwise experience.
The Gai Yang Fire, Lamb Sukkah and Artichoke stuffed mushroom is definitely going to be a winning bar snack. Meet the meat, that comes with chicken & shrimps and Jungal Mass is a great non-veg main course and of course, in veg don’t miss the Tex Mex Bowl and Sambar Rice to rival anything in Hyderabad.
For desserts, Mrs Mage Parfait is a must- infact this deserves a separate social media page altogether for its presentation. Mascarpone Cheese Balls, Caramel Sauce, Nuts Praline all delicately placed inside a sugar candy hair nest. Torta Capri Choco is another winner on the table.
Although the food is clearly a priority, don’t be surprised if this turns into a popular lounge area with good music to match.
Clearly, Mrs Mage is an infectious traveler but travelling for food is her unstoppable desire – that’s Marvelous Mrs Mage for you at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli.
